With over 20 years in hospitality, event planning, and incentive travel, I’ve had the privilege of creating everything from intimate leadership retreats to large-scale incentive programs. My degree in Commercial Recreation gave me the foundation, but it’s been years of hands-on experience (and plenty of lessons learned along the way) that shaped the way I approach designing meaningful travel.
 
I bring a creative mind and an operational heart to everything I design. Years in this industry have taught me that exceptional experiences don’t just happen; they’re crafted through equal parts imagination, precision, and heart. That balance is what makes each program feel both effortless and deeply meaningful.
 
And a fun fact about me? I’m an unapologetic high-fiver. It might sound small, but it reflects how I see this work — it’s about celebrating wins, building connection, and infusing energy into every experience. That same spirit shows up in the way I design programs: thoughtful, uplifting, and meant to bring people together.
 
I started The Marble Road because I believe travel has the power to transform. It’s not just about booking hotels or organizing logistics (though I secretly love a good spreadsheet). It’s about creating moments where people feel seen, appreciated, and inspired. The kind of experiences that build relationships, spark new ideas, and leave a lasting impression long after the trip ends.
